We had a great Thanksgiving with my parents and their friends, the Smeltzer's. The Smeltzer's have twin girls that are seniors in high school, and Rhett immediately took to them. It was so nice to have them entertain him for a few hours, but I think the true bonding happened when they gave him a gift immediately upon arrival. He gave each of them a really big hug at the end of the day.
Oh, and did I mention they brought chocolate pie??? So, in addition to the present, Rhett was also very "thankful" for the chocolate pie!
And, here's baby Emma on her first Thanksgiving. She is practicing her sitting. She can hold herself for a good 1-2 minutes if you catch her at just the right time.
