First Baseball Game, Go Astros!

Rhett had his first baseball game this weekend.  He is in the local Little League, and they do coach pitch.  If the kids don't get a hit in the first three pitches, then they can hit from a tee.  Rhett hit the first pitch on his first at bat, and hit his third pitch the second time.  He also fielded two balls.  He wasn't too sure about the rules like where to throw the ball, or the fact that he had to run the bases after he hit the ball, but I'm sure it will come with time.  He was really excited about his game and told me he just wants to play the games, they are better than the practices.

Gotta love the team colors.  They make for some very interesting team t-shirts for us family members at the game.  Here's some pictures of Rhett's #1 fan.
