If you guessed Rhett, I don't blame you. He is miserable, and check out the size of those tonsils! But, the answer is Emma, she's only smiling because she was really excited to be by her brother! Rhett did NOT want to share his chair with her.
This was just before their first visit to the Ears, Nose, Throat doctor. Rhett's tonsils have been huge since July, so it was time to go beyond the pediatrician. Right now, we're trying steroids to reduce the size of his tonsils, but there was a lot of discussion about removing them entirely. While we were there, we also had Emma checked out. She got medicine for thrush, but I think they both picked up a new cold a few days ago, so they both have stuffy noses, cough, and Emma has a fever. Yuck! Not exactly looking forward to the weekend with all this crud.
