Rice Festibal

We took Rhett to the Rice "Festibal" today, while Emma spent the afternoon shopping with the girls (Grammy, Nanny, and Aunt Sue). Rhett loves a good festival. He kicked it off with a ride on the elephants...

Then, he got the front seat of the roller coaster,

and, proudly gave it a "thumbs up."

After lunch we checked out the car show. He's a little shy because he's not really supposed to be touching the car, much less sitting on the car.

We went back and did more rides where Rhett discovered his favorite ride, the boats with the really loud bell.

Somewhere during all the action, he found time to play pick a duck and was awarded two prizes: a sword and a blow up guitar. But, he was too tired to play with them once we got in the car.

We also went to Stella's soccer game today and realized that Rhett can sign up for soccer in the Spring of 2012. He had fun cheering for the Pink Sparkles and had a lot of fun scoring goals during their halftime. Aunt Sue told us that earlier that morning they saw an old car. She pointed it out to him, and he said "Yep. It's a Nissan." He was so matter of fact, they didn't bother to tell him he was wrong.
