Here she is trying to get into Rhett's tent. She's really on the move these days, and she will rarely sit still anymore. She's not crawling, but she can get around just fine by spinning her body around and rolling.
We had girls night last night. She had fun playing dress up and watching American Idol. Anytime someone remotely good is singing, she will watch very intently. But, she is a TV watcher. It might be bad, but if there is something with upbeat music, she will focus on it.
Check out the teeth. She hasn't gotten any new ones, but she seems to show signs of teething.
If you haven't figured it out, she loves to eat! She likes all baby foods, and she likes to moan with anticipation for the next bite while she is eating. She is trying really hard to feed herself small finger foods, but she hasn't mastered the "letting go" part once she gets the food into her mouth.
She's getting tough in the bath because her toys seem to bore her, and she just wants to reach for the ledge and try to pull herself up which is very dangerous!
On average, she sleeps about 10.5 to 11 hours at night with no night time wake up calls. She's a great night time sleeper, but not the best napper. She still naps about 3 times a day because they are usually just one hour each.
She has never been willing to take bottles bigger than 5 to 6 oz, so she is not guzzling the 8 oz bottles that her brother used to drink, but clearly she is getting all the nutrients she needs! Her 9 month check up is next week, so we'll be posting the stats soon!!
