Today I saw Emma on her tummy scoot herself forward to get a marker on the ground. Finally, at 11 months old, I've seen her happily and willfully scoot herself forward (similar to an inch worm-type army-crawl if there is such a thing). She got to play with the marker, under close supervision, as a reward.
And, I posted this on FB earlier today, but Rhett was writing with pencils and said "Mommy, do you have a star in your name because I can't write stars?" My response, "Well, a star is a shape, and I only have letters in my name."
These little things can really make my day!!!
