Since it was a holiday complete with color-coordinating outfits, we snapped a couple of pictures of the kids.
We had a low key holiday weekend. On Saturday night, we did fireworks with the neighbors. I missed the fun because a certain little baby girl knew it was passed her bedtime and insisted that I bring her inside immediately despite the fact that we were just minutes away from starting the fireworks. On Sunday, Shaun and Rhett went with the neighbors to the local firework show. Today, Rhett was talking about the fireworks that he would see again tonight. So, we had to explain to him that fireworks only happen sometimes and not every day.
He also got to go to the splash park with Dad, Grammy, Aunt Delores and best of all cousin Stella. They had a wonderful time and finish it off with lunch at Chick A Fla (as Rhett calls it). We had a blast !!!!!
