We took Rhett to Chuck E Cheese on the 4th of July. He loves that place! He collects his tickets and coins in his cup, he loves the rides, he eats the pizza while enjoying the show, and he REALLY loves picking prizes. This time his prize loot included a balloon, two arm-sweat bands, a ring, three jelly spiders, a top, and star glasses (that's what you get for 290 tickets and $1.99).
At one point, Chuck E came out to do a dance with the kids. They rounded up all of the kids and gathered them together to do the dance. Rhett wasn't really into the motions of the dance because he thought Chuck E was there just to give him a hug. As the dance progressed, Rhett kept inching closer and closer to Chuck E trying to get a hug (he was definitely invading Chuck E's personal space). It was so funny because he just didn't get the fact that it was time to dance in a group with all of the kids. Of course this meant that he was upfront and center when the song was over, then he was able to get his hug and high-five. But, he was still oblivious to the other children that just wanted their turn to hug Chuck E.
